Purge

my stomach hurts...the whole thing....gut reaction....still reacting....only on the inside

i can only let it hurt so much...and then i have to let go

let it go

can't change the past...can't change it now...it was too late before it even 'was'

it only goes to show that nothing is exactly as you perceive it....life isn't always that easy

but i get to make the choice here...on the 'next step'
