Review of Systems

My fortune cookie today said: "We aren't just here to exist. We are here to create."

At first...I thought it was an omen that some how I had immacuately conceived...because until 4 o'clock this afternoon I was 11 days late getting my period...I haven't had sex for about a year now...so, Immaculate conception it had to be...if that were the case, I surely would have had a new found appreciation for the power of fortune cookies! Alas...that wasn't it.

So, what exactly was that fortune cookie trying to tell me?

Here's what I've come up with:
1) It's time to have sex?!
....*sigh* no, none of that until I find my husband (really)...plus that would mean it's time to have sex and get pregnant...and lord knows that getting through 3 years of chiropractic school is a lot more important that pro-creating right now!
2) The universe is full of opportunity and I have the ability to alter and contribute to it.
....I like this one
3) Absolutely nothing...just something to amuse me
....I don't like this one, it's too disappointing
4) It's time to get proactive about life and the things that I have been committing to but not following through on are worth putting effort into...
...okay - kind of like #2..but, i like this one especially

i know, the damn fortune cookie means whatever i want it to mean...so, well, there it is

i think i might start buying stock in the fortune cookie business...if there is even stock to buy...i'm going to look into that

busy week coming up for me...lots to do...perhaps the fortune cookie was prepping me for what lays ahead....
