I think I had the best weekend of my life...
Last night I went on a date with my boyfriend, Frederic...it was amazing

We went to PF Changs which is a Chinese restaurant here in STL (they are all over the country though) and it was the BEST food I have had in a long time. Frederic is a vegetarian and so we shared the best vegetarian dishes. We had vegetable lettuce wraps and vegetable dumplings for an appetizer and then Coconut curry vegetables and tofu for dinner! OH MY GOSH it was amazing...

Afterwards we met up with Kathy and her date Rob and a few other people from Logan at the Chocolate Bar which is an amazing little drinks, dessert, and wine and cheese type place close to the city. The ambience there is perfect and SO romantic. OH MY GOSH (again) it was just as amazing as PF Changs! I had a white chocolate raspberry martini and Frederic had some Belgium beer that he was really excited about because he hasn't had it for awhile (he's originally from Belgium). We also shared this Kahlua chocolate mousse martini that was to DIE for...it was a kahlua chocolate mousse/cake with whipped cream and toffee sprinkles served in a martini glass...all I can saw is WOW...my mouth is still watering!

What an amazing evening...with an amazing person :-)

There are only more equally or even more amazing to come I'm sure...
